Here's my last contender
Enjoy your day....

YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL...

Here she is...in my favorite

leave some comments and tell her what you think...

This one below in the blue is just to show you all three "dos"

I personally love her superman curl in this one too...

The last serious contender I'll post next because I can't get it on. Must be overloaded.

THE LAST FIRST DAY

Sarah had her "last" first day of school yesterday. She grabbed her lunch out of the fridge, ran down the driveway, jumped into Jessica's car (whom she wasn't even speaking with two days before, btw) and she was off -at slightly after 7:30 AM EST. She had lots of drama over at SHCS before she called at slightly after 7:30 PM EST for a ride home (she had an away soccer game). Join the fray won't you and vote on her choice for a senior portrait? It's strictly for fun and won't influence her one bit I'm sure. I'll post my top three choices next and you can share your opinions. Many thanks go out to Kim Crown who did Sa's hair and make up after a rousing softball game and picnic on Labor Day.

John rode the bus to school to finish the story. Sept 5, 2007 was the 22nd straight year of meeting the bus at the end our driveway. Ever since 1985 when Steve was 4 1/2 we've had a rider. Some years we've had just one, like this year and next, and the year after, which will be our last, because John'll be a senior. Some years we've had as many as five - many years we've had five! But those years are gone. As gone as Libby, who used to eagerly meet and greet that diesel taxi's occupants like clockwork, rousing up from deep naps half an hour early and begging to be let out- even in snow and rain - even when I tried explaining about things like soccer practice, projects and detention. We sure do miss you, girl.

ON to the subject of the softball game... it went rather well - no injuries or major diplomatic incidents that I'm aware of...yet. We had quite a few players at one point. My team was down 9-0 against Steve, Dad, Sarah, and neighbors Greg and Chase U., until Djere got off work and retired me to the sidelines with Ginnie. Then along with Tom, John, Robbie and Robin (a wonderful, amazing PA from church- it never hurts to have a medically-trained athletic team member at one of our games btw -oh and Robbie was great too!) my team -minus myself I'd like to point out again- came from behind to win 12-9. According to Steve, Sarah and Chase lost the game for them "mentally"...whatever that means. Yes...and I get to into Clashes, Steve. Well at least we know where you get it.

Next weekend...Chloe comes back!!!! I have some great new coffee: "Vanilla Biscotti"!

Blessings, Mom
